Kanjar Ro has escaped capture on Rann, due to a recent phenomena. He creates a duplicate of himself and heads back to Earth with a new plan for defeated the accursed Justice League. He creates aural duplicates of them, too, planning to have the duplicates betray and defeat the originals back on Earth.
