Clark Kent is covering a local circus when he hears the owner being badgered and strong-armed into partnership. Feeling sorry for the man, Clark dons his Superman togs and volunteers to work as a strongman. The bullies aren't impressed, and start arranging "accidents," which Superman finds remarkably suspicious.
