Lord Ha-Ha is a former Englishman, who has defected to the Nazis and started broadcasting propaganda. Fury meets his sister, Pamela, a nurse who can handle herself and help others when bombings begin. Her father enlists the Howlers to bring Percy back, assuming he's being held against his will. They retrieve him, but learn he's a willing participant when he alerts the Nazis and brings them on. The Howlers win the day, but Lord Ha-Ha doesn't survive. Unfortunately, one of the Howling Commandos is killed, as well.
