Harlequin Ellis, a writer, becomes infatuated with Black Canary and tries to win her affection from Green Arrow. She is reluctant, however, and he resorts to making his dreams come true, taking the place of her fellow heroes to try and win her.She eventually confronts him and tells him that she and Arrow are an item and he accepts it.
