Detective Comics, Vol. 1

A terrorist named Vox plans to take down Wayne tower to protest American foreign policy. Bruce Wayne attempts to guide a group of international diplomats to safety, but is having difficulty getting away to don his cape and cowl. In his confrontation with Vox, Robin has found himself doused with the same liquid C4 that Vox is using to detonate the building. And if he can't get it off soon, Vox will detonate the Boy Wonder.
