Everything is proceeding according to Batman's plans. Following his orders, the GCPD have pushed all of the gang members and soldiers they could find into Robinson Park, where he plans to see them all united under Orpheus' leadership. But what Bruce doesn't know is that Orpheus is dead, murdered and replaced by the Black Mask... who sees a wonderful opportunity to kill all of the competition, allowing him to seize power in Gotham. Batman attempts to fight his way to the stage in order to find out just who has replaced Orpheus, but he finds himself fighting half of the criminals in Gotham alone. The other half have spilled out of the arenas, and are rushing the police barricades. Without Batman's leadership, the situation threatens to quickly overwhelm them.
