Dracula is brought out of his reverie by the sudden realization that his victory has come too easily. Racing to the deck, he learns from Captain Fate that he has been lingering in his cabin for two days. No forward scounts have been dispatched, and the battle lies before him. He has been ensorceled by Plokta, prisoner of MI:13, in exchange for his freedom. But now MI:13 knows what his plans were, which allows them to enact some of their own. Captain Britain spearheads a surgical strike against Dracula's force in-transit, allowing the activation of some specially-placed undercover operatives.
