Lois & Clark: The New Adventures Of Superman: Season 2

Lois struggles with the emotional fallout of her near-marriage to Lex Luthor and Clark's withdrawn confession of love for her. Lex's ex-wife arrives in Metropolis seeking revenge for Lex's death, aided by a perfect body double of Lois.

Lois gets a bit jealous and insecure after Clark is nominated for a journalism award and she is not. A villain using sound waves as a weapon, is trying to extort the city of Metropolis for half of the money in its banks.

Lois gets a tip on safety violations at Viologic Electronics and runs with the story. But after Viologic discovers the leak and files a libel suit, Lois must decide how far she will go to protect her source and save her career.

Lois starts to receive gag gifts from a "secret admirer." She and Clark begin to investigate these pranks and discover that behind them is a man who Lois helped send to prison 5 years earlier. He is now out of jail and looking for revenge.

International crime organization Intergang is making inroads into Metropolis, and if Superman acts to stop them they will kill his friends. Lois suspects Clark's new love interest, deputy D.A. Mayson Drake, is an agent of Intergang.

A citywide blackout forces the Daily Planet staff to publish the paper without modern technology. Lois and Clark discover the blackout was caused by terrorists set to hijack a satellite - one of whom is Lois's best friend from college.

A scientist who thinks he can alter human behavior using DNA creates clones of Bonnie and Clyde, John Dillinger, and Al Capone. When Clyde shoots Clark, Clark must play dead in order to hide his dual identity.

Superman is struck by lightning while stopping a man from committing suicide, transforming the despondent man into a superhero-for-hire. Dr. Gretchen Kelly witnesses the power exchange and determines to get powers for herself.

After a toy maker is fired from his job, he invents a toy that makes Metropolis's adults act like greedy children, including Clark. Wanting to discover the magic of Christmas, Lois attempts to host her own Christmas party.

Lois thinks her sister Lucy's new boyfriend Johnny is bad news - with good reason. After Johnny is shot in an attempted robbery, scientists give him a new kryptonite-powered cyborg body and set him up against Superman.

A ninja is stealing from the rich and giving to the poor in Chinatown, armed with mystic bracelets that can turn Superman's strength against him. Lois is outraged when she discovers there is a men's club in Metropolis.

An optometrist trying to steal an information-transmitting device uses a special light to render Superman blind, forcing Lois to take care of him until his sight returns, and making her angry at Clark for his seeming absence.

Lois and Clark's plans for their first date go into a tailspin when Dr. Gretchen Kelly brings Lex Luthor back to life. Lex soon finds that while he has his life back, he's lost everything else he cares about.

Television news reporter and Intergang assassin Diana Stride attempts to expose Superman's secret identity and kill her former partner before he can finger her to the authorities.

Kyle Griffin (a.k.a. The Prankster) escapes from jail using a new weapon that freezes people using a yellow beam of light and resumes harassing Lois. This time he has an added goal: kidnapping the President while he is visiting Metropolis.

Lois and Clark's second attempt at a first date is hampered not only by Lois's fears about what a relationship would do to their friendship, but also by the discovery that Jimmy has been accused of murder.

Lois and Clark investigate the death of Mayson Drake and find dead men are being brought back to life. Lois is attracted to Dan Scardino, a government agent investigating the same case.

Lois and Clark team up with H. G. Wells and go back in time to the day of Clark's arrival on Earth in an attempt to stop a citizen of a future utopia from killing the infant Superman.

Jimmy Olsen becomes a deadly threat to everyone around him when a mind-controlling virus is activated in his system. Lois and Clark risk their own lives to save their young friend.

A payroll truck is hijacked, Perry is kidnapped and Superman doesn't even care. The strange effects of a new red kryptonite forces the Man of Steel to visit a psychotherapist about his bizarre apathy.

Superman is forced to get a lawyer when someone he saves sues him for damages incurred during the rescue. Lois discovers a secret about Dan Scardino's livelihood, and she and Clark decide to have a romantic relationship.

Clark summons the courage to tell Lois he is Superman, but is interrupted by a man he's never met yet knows his secret identity. Martha and Jonathan's relationship is put to the test when they are taken hostage.
