This novel, released subsequently after the enormously successful, Kane And Abel, deals with the main characters of the previous novel from the viewpoints of their children. Florentyna Rosnovski, the daughter of Abel Rosnovski, and Richard Kane, the son of William Kane, are the two major characters featured in this book.

Starting with a background into the rivalry between William Kane and Abel Rosnovski, this book takes a look at how both their children rise above the conflict between their families. Florentyna, a beautiful and talented woman with great ambitions in life, accidentally ends up meeting Richard Kane in a department store. Their random encounter soon blossoms into a budding romance, with either of them unaware of their actual identities.

However, once they get to know where they actually come from, these two young lovebirds try to seek their parents acceptance. Their parents, still obsessed with their mutual discord, are unrelenting and merciless in their disapproval of their children’s romance. The story takes on a dramatic turn with both the main characters left to fend for themselves against all odds.
