Zebidiah Stane is broken out of prison and murdered. A single hair found at the scene incriminates Howard Stark, and he is arrested. Tony and Howard pool their stock, leaving Tony in charge of the company. He has his first real test of the Iron Man armor when a hostage situation crops up just outside the office.
