Ultimate Marvel Team-Up

Daredevil tries to talk Punisher down, but can't do it before the police come to investigate. One of the police officers who arrives on the scene is the man in charge of the corruption in Frank Castle's old unit, and he comes close enough to Daredevil to be tracked. Daredevil does so, just before the Punisher kills him. Before he can talk Castle into turning the man over to police, Spider-Man jumps in with too little information and botches things up. Daredevil hunts after the murderer, while Spider-Man turns Castle over to the police. Both men are incarcerated, and find themselves in the same prison cell.
