What happens when you ask the most powerful computer program, run by the most powerful computers, to follow, listen and predict human behavior? The program learns, becomes sentient and begins to behave like a human. When a master computer program, Echelon, takes over America's entire online system, our country is threatened to be brought to its knees. Hacking into DARPA, Echelon gains the ability to manipulate the weather, create earthquakes, and cause a level of destruction unlike anything the country could ever imagine. But how do you stop a computer program when it has control over any and every defense you have?

Notes

My quick rating - 4.0/10. I have reasonable expectations for this one but with work on and off, this might be perfect for partial paying attention. When a computer program, Echelon, takes over America's computer systems it gains the potential to manipulate the weather. Now two robots, Adam (Hennigan) and Cain (Joseph Gatt), fight to gain control of Echelon before it's too late. And how can you go wrong with John Hennigan? WWE fans know what I am talking about lol. Oh my goodness, the helicopter scene against the storm sky around the 20-minute mark is beyond amateur LMAO. And then they repeatedly show it to rub it in in case you want to get your friends into the room so everyone can point and laugh. Ok, so we have established a low-budget film, that is for sure. The visual effects department is creative, I will give them that. I did end up enjoying this a lot more than expected but it still is just a b-budget stv level flick.
