My quick rating - 5,1/10. This is a movie that wins my score on sheer story alone. The government captures an entity and is basically using it to torture terrorists. The story leaned towards using the entity to gather intel but it wasn't fully developed. There are some scares here and there and the underground bunker location is creepy in that claustrophobic sense. The characters are somewhat hit or miss as far as performances but overall not distracting. Enjoyable unknown film I am glad I ran across andwould like someone to elaborate on the story and maybe sprinkle in some budget and better actors. But I was still satisfied with what I got. Enjoy
