My quick rating - 3.2/10. DAMMIT, tricked into another Asylum movie. Too late now so I'll have to check it out. Dracula, Werewolf, and the Invisible Man must work together to stop Dr. Frankenstein from creating an unstoppable monster. Luckily Michael Madsen took on the role of the Doc to add a bit of star power to this one even if he has been appearing in some questionable stuff late on in his career. His acting skills aren't going to save this script though. I will admit that Ethan Daniel Corbett's take on Dracula has a very old-school vibe to his presentation. Oh geez. A warning with 20 minutes to go saying "Your heart may not be able to stand the shocking conclusion of this film" and giving us a chance to stop watching. Not like a moment of this movie so far has been remotely scary or even gory. I am sure many left by this point due to severe boredom. The first hour is made up of Dracula just going around gathering his buddies together and often finding them dead at the hands of Frankenstein only to be resurrected by his blood. The monsters are at the same level as your typical costume shop in their appearance. That is until the horrible CGI "unstoppable" creature shows up. The true monster fight began once director Jose Prendes realized there was a minute budget for the CGI effects. Good timing with Godzilla x Kong currently playing in theaters. I don't suppose anyone would've been expecting a masterpiece when you take into account all the negative pieces that form this puzzle. The real scary thing is this is one of the better Asylum flix I have seen so if you are unfamiliar, that will give you a precursor to just how bad their movies are. It is purposely stupid but never takes anything to a level that heightens the entertainment, so you don't get anything in excess or even so silly it is funny. It is just a B-budget flick with some rather out-of-place acting.
