My quick rating - 3,6/10. This movie is really just a mess. I am a fan of what Mario Van Peebles does for the most part and I saw he was attempting to tackle a serious subject in this one, but it just doesn't work out as planned. The story jumps all over the place leaving you confused on what is going on. A former U.S. marshal (Peebles) discovers that all of the survivors of his old unit are experiencing the same symptoms simultaneously and there may be a larger conspiracy at hand. Problem with the conspiracy is that it gets so muddled up throughout this story it just isn't very clear. Too bad, a missed opportunity here.
