Here On Earth

Here On Earth is the story of spoiled university student named Kelvin Morse (Chris Klein) who accidentally crashes his car into and wrecks a rural diner. The diner is owned by a woman named Samantha (Leelee Sobieski) whose boyfriend, Jasper (Josh Hartnett) is an enemy of Kelvin. The court convicts both of them of reckless driving and sentences both of them to perform community service by rebuilding the diner. While rebuilding the diner, Kelvin and Samantha begin to grow close with each other, and after several weeks of being together, they fall in love. This begins to greatly upset Samantha’s current boyfriend Jasper who is now out to get Kelvin any way he can.
