Street Fighter

After "bumping into" Ken and Eliza in the streets of Hong Kong and placing a tracking device on them, Vega traces them back to their hotel where he intends to question them about Ryu. When Vega arrives Eliza is alone so he uses the opportunity to try and force the information from her that he is after. During Vega's interrogation Ken returns and interrupts him. Vega lashed out at Ken and a battle ensures. Ken defeats Vega who takes off, but Eliza is critically wounded in the confusion.
Meanwhile Guile and Chun-Li have arrived at a small village not far from Ryu's dojo. They stop briefly to find a feed when Guile notices something. He goes to investigate leaving Chun-Li at the food vending machine. When Chun-Li hears the words "SONIC BOOM!" screamed followed by an explosion, she ventures to see if Guile is OK. She finds him, unconscious, in the hands of Charlie, whom has been missing for one and a half years.
