Flash, Vol. 2

Wally West has found himself in a world where there was never a Flash. He can still feel the Speed Force, but his speed is gone. The only other person he's found who knows him is Captain Cold. The two form an uneasy partnership as they try to find out what's happened.

But just as Wally pieces together who he believes is behind this crazy world, they Keystone Police catch up, along with someone Wally didn't think he'd ever see again... Barry Allen.
