Wally and Captain Cold have found themselves in one of Mirror Master's mirror-universes. These fractured shards of reality are reflections of our own world. In this one, there was never a Flash... and as such, Wally has no speed. He and Cold have been cornered again by the Keystone Police, and a confused Barry Allen.
The unlikely pair are bailed out by Mirror Master, who shares with them the story of how the three of them became trapped in this mirror-world. And warning them that they have to get out before their presence causes it to collapse.
