The 3D-Man saves a UFO researcher from a mugging, and finds himself drawn to a local rock and roll concert. When there, the music instigates a riot. The 3D-Man manages to stop the music, but he's unable to scare the singer into dropping his human disguise. The police take the singer in, but not before it is revealed to the audience (and none of the characters) that the true skrull was not the singer, but rather his manager.
