Doc Rock, the Skrull who framed a rocker last issue, continues his mission, setting a scientist known as the Cold Warrior up against the 3D-Man. The 3D-Man escapes the battle, crippling the Cold Warrior's technology in the process, but the Skrull escapes upcaptured.
