Five Fingers

“Five Fingers” sees a Dutchman Martijn (Ryan Phillippe) who is kidnapped on his way to Morocco to initiate a food program of his own design to help poor kids who are starving. When abducted, Martijn’s driver and guide, Gavin (Colm Meaney) is executed in front of him. Martijn is taken somewhere in secret where he is starved, beaten and tortured by his abductors, a Muslim man named Ahmat (Laurence Fishburne) and a woman Aicha (Gina Torres) who both insists there is something more to his trip to Morocco than aiding starving children. During his torturing, Martijn looses four fingers before the end when the truth about his travel to Morocco is finally revealed.
