Brothers & Sisters
Brothers & Sisters is a drama from executive producers Ken Olin and Jon Robin Baitz. The LA-based Walker family is an ordinary American family. The adult siblings -- Sarah Walker (formerly Whedon), Tommy Walker, Kevin Walker, Justin Walker, and Kitty Walker -- try to live up to their parents' expectations. Alongside their mother Nora Holden, Nora's brother Saul Holden, Sarah's husband (now ex-husband) Joe Whedon, Tommy's wife Julia Walker, Kevin's husband Scotty Wandell and mysterious Holly Harper. And last but not least Rebecca, Holly's daughter. Who they originally thought was their half sister but later found out they had a half brother, Ryan instead, the Walkers struggle through their everyday lives.
Kevin hopes to make partner at the law firm, but he may be about to lose his biggest account. Justin and Rebecca try to conceal their new relationship from the family. And the news spreads that William Walker had another son.
A book that Kitty wrote gets in the way when she needs her family to show a social worker what good parents she and Robert would make. Justin is nervous about sleeping with Rebecca, and Holly decides to make her daughter a millionaire.
A plan to change the family business and remove the Ojai name underlines the divisions at the firm. Kevin's boss doesn't want him to invite Scotty to an important business dinner. Justin meets a soldier who thanks him for saving his life.
Nora decides to clear out her long-gone husband's things and enlists her children to organize a yard sale. Holly reaches out to Rebecca. Kitty resigns her job on Robert's staff, but who could possibly replace her?
Scotty's parents are visiting, and Kevin hopes to impress them by making partner. Nora tries to win a grant for her charity, but her only experience is as a housewife. Rebecca tests her mother's ability to tell the truth.
Nora finally decides to go see the family of William Walker's third woman. Justin invites Rebecca to the one-year anniversary of his sobriety. Sarah has a job interview at a young Internet company, but exactly how young is it?
Kitty and Robert meet their prospective birth mother, but Kitty has questions. Kevin discovers that his new job requires him to trust Robert more than he knew. Nora brings George Lafferty to a party full of tricks.
Sarah throws a celebration dinner for Scotty after he is promoted to head chef. Kevin, who on the other hand has taken a pay cut, reacts in an unexpected way. Justin invites a gay man to the family dinner to meet Saul.
Nora is eager to make her charity project reality, but she needs her family's help. Sarah looks for business investors, and finds Graham Finch. Kitty has an unexpected phone call, and Rebecca gets a promotion.
As always, Nora is preparing a luscious Thanksgiving dinner, but it turns out most of her children have made other plans. But all plans are off when Tommy's daughter Elizabeth is rushed to hospital.
Kevin is still recovering from a surgery and having some delusional dreams that can affect his relationship with Tommy. Justin finally decides to leave the nest and Nora meets a man from the past. Kitty steps in for Kevin as Robert's communications chief and prepares for interviews about her upcoming book at the same time.
Sarah, Kyle and Ethan are preparing for an upcoming tech conference and it comes up that they will need a lot of money so that their website could be ready in time. Kitty is having a book signing but Robert and the Walkers have other plans. Tommy uses Rebecca to get Ojai back.
Lines become blurred when Sarah's business partner makes a confession.
