Prime, Vol. 1

Prime has defied Colonel Samuels, and rescued Mantra from Dr. Gross.. but the Colonel doesn't tolerate defiance. Shackling Kevin with a collar designed to use electric shocks to prevent him from becoming Prime, Samuels plans to control Kevin's transformations going forward.

He sends Kevin to clear civillian protestors out from a former nuclear test site... one where Samuels has stashed several live warheads, one of which has been triggered by their presence, counting down to a detonation. But when Kevin learns that Samuels has been deceiving him this whole time, Prime sets the Colonel in his sights.
