The Winter Soldier, Captain America's former sidekick in World War 2, has decided that Iron Man has to die for his part in Steve Rogers' death. But first, there's the pressing matter of Captain America's shield. Bucky feels that as long as it remains in government hands, the government will try to create a new Captain America, and he will not see the shield held by someone he does not think is worthy of it. After learning the shield's whereabouts, he drops off the grid, preparing to make his move. But his actions don't go unnoticed. Suspecting what he might be up to, the Falcon and Sharon Carter try to track him down before he can enact his plans.
