When they track down the daughter, they have to rescue her from historical figures who attempt to kidnap her. Meanwhile, other historical characters attempt to kidnap Green Lantern but are defeated. The figures are revealed to be the Royal Flush Gang who need to get both the daughter and Lantern to decipher the words on the map they stole from Lantern when they mugged him, a map that will lead them to treasure.
